REGISTRATION EXTENDED TILL SUNDAY, MARCH 8, 2020!!!

The MLB Youth Academy Compton recognizes it's members who have achieved excellence in the classroom during the Fall Semester of the 2019-2020 school year. 

Qualified student-athletes will be placed on our Compton Youth Academy "2020 Academic Excellence Team" and presented with an Certificate of Recognition at our Academic Excellence Team Celebration and Awards Presentation, on Saturday, March 14th, 2020 at 12:00 P.M. in the Eldridge Eatman Pavilion. (We encourage all our Academy Family Members to attend the awards ceremony.) Each grade level will take a group picture for the Fall Semester 2019-20 Academic Excellence Team.

What is the criteria for the Academic Excellence Team?

1. Must be in Middle School or High School (grades 6th through 12th)

2. Must be a current / active member of the Compton MLB Youth Academy

3. Must have a GPA of 3.2 or higher

4. Must submit / upload a current copy of your report card or progress report (online during registration)

If you are a current MLB YA Compton member/player who has achieved Academic Excellence this semester, we want to hear from you! 

We welcome all members, who feel they meet the qualifications, to register online for this opportunity.

*Deadline to register for consideration with current grades or progress report submission is Sunday, February 23rd, 2020.
