For the health and safety of everyone who accesses our facility, we require you to register online and digitally accept our waiver forms.

This includes but it not limited to:

• Umpires pre-authorized and/or assigned to officiate games at the Academy
• Contractors, Sub-Contractors & Vendors pre-authorized to perform work at the Academy
  • ALL employees who will be on-site at the Academy must complete their own registration
• Guests with scheduled or pre-authorized appointments at the Academy
  • Every person entering the Academy must complete this registration
